WARREN N. BIMBLICK

Warren N. Bimblick is head of The FOG Advisory Group, Inc., counseling business to business media companies and private equity investors.  He is an experienced executive in building and reshaping B2B media companies.   His specialties include M&A, digital and event product development, data marketing services and operations management.

From 1997 to 2017, Warren was an executive with  private equity-owned Penton Business Information and its’ predecessor, PRIMEDIA.  Penton was purchased by Informa pc in 2016.  At Informa, Warren was group president of the Informa Global Transportation Media and Data Group which included Aviation Week, Lloyd’s List, Ward’s Automotive and Fleet Owner.  Prior to that, he ran M&A for Penton and such businesses as WealthManagemet.com, National Real Estate Investor and WasteExpo.

Prior to that Warren spent 20 years as an investor relations professional working with Fortune 500 companies.  He is a graduate of New York University and has served on the boards of the American Red Cross in Greater New York, GMHC, BPA Worldwide and Green PSF.  He is an investor and consultant to start-ups: The Glimpse Group (virtual reality); Keeeb (subscription web browser plug in), and Square Stack (small business owner digital dashboard).

He divides his time between New York City and Savannah, GA.
