Robert Petisi is an accomplished Senior Executive, Consultant, and Board Member with 35 years of success across the marketing, investing, publishing, and e-commerce industries. Leveraging extensive experience building marketing agencies and consulting on strategic business growth, he is a valuable asset for companies that are transitioning to a higher level, dealing with changing markets, or experiencing an unforeseen growth crisis. His broad areas of expertise include growth consulting, venture capital, private equity, M&A advisory, turnarounds, e-commerce marketing, due diligence, succession planning, and organizational design.

Throughout his executive career, Mr. Petisi has held leadership positions at companies including Tween Waters, Thomson Reuters, and Marketing Corporation of America. He is currently President of Tween Waters, leading strategic vision of the firm he launched in 2004 where he advises clients on growth and market development with a specialization in M&A techniques. Recent engagements range from $2 million to $50 million in enterprise value across a range of verticals including digital agency services, brands, IT, direct marketing, retail marketing, human capital, and healthcare. As CEO for Thomson Reuters and Drake Beam Morin Worldwide, he led strategic assessment and DBM’s consulting services with sales reaching $270 million annually. He previously founded and managed several marketing services and consulting businesses including Saatchi & Saatchi Promotion Worldwide, Dryden and Petisi, and Marketing Corp of America.

Robert holds a BS in Marketing/Organizational Management from the University of Rhode Island. He has been Chairman of the Board for Thomson/DBM Worldwide, a board member with the University of Rhode Island as a trustee and with the URI business school, and is a current board member with Americas Charities.
