BILL NEWBERRY

Mr. Newberry has over 20 years of finance experience in the media and publishing industries.  Most recently, Bill was the CFO for Vendome Group, a privately held B2B firm focused primarily in the healthcare and technology space.  While at Vendome, he worked on numerous acquisition and sale transactions as well as managing the exit of the founding PE firm, Providence Equity Partners.  He also led the implementation of various technology platforms, including Salesforce.

Prior to working at Vendome, Mr. Newberry held senior finance roles at Wolters Kluwer, Northstar Travel Group, Newsweek Budget Travel and Newsweek magazine.   Bill received his MBA in Finance from the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech University and has a BS in Management from Monmouth University.  He is currently a member of the CFO Leadership Council and the Financial Executives Networking Group.
