KIM BARNES

Kim joined Media Advisory Partners in 2023.  She brings deep experience in M&A, business strategy, and process optimization within a variety of industries.

While at IQVIA (NYSE: IQV), Kim participated on the deal side of more than 20 acquisitions, joint ventures, alliances, divestitures, and capital transactions ranging from $2 million to $20 billion including the Quintiles IPO and the Quintiles/IMS Health merger. Post-merger, she established and operated IQVIA’s corporate Integration Management Office (IMO), providing oversight, support, and training to 30 acquisition integrations teams and 500 global team members. 

Kim started her career in management consulting with Accenture and was a member of the team responsible for the creation of Accenture’s business process design methodology.

Kim earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Change Management Specialist.
