MARK HOLDREITH

Mark Holdreith is a Founding Partner of Media Advisory Partners, LLC. Prior to co-founding the firm, he established The Moira Group LLC, an investment-banking boutique providing financial advisory services including mergers and acquisitions, private placement of equity and debt-based financing, and business planning for middle and lower-middle market media, business information, and marketing/advertising agency companies.

As a seasoned media professional, Mark has served as a corporate leader, strategic consultant, and entrepreneur. He has over 25 years of international media experience, including twenty years managing portfolios and operating businesses serving technology, telecommunications, retail, and consumer markets. He has served in senior-level management positions, including President, General Manager, and Publisher for Nielsen, CMP Media, and Reed Elsevier. His experience spans over 25 media brands internationally. Earlier in his career, Mark formed PIC LLC which co-founded and operated a telecommunications media and consulting business in Moscow, Russia.
