Mergers and Acquisitions

Among us, we have supervised and advised on scores of M&A transactions and have been involved in all aspects of those transactions. Our current services include:

  • Representation of Buyers or Sellers as appropriate

Debt and Equity Financing

We advise companies – particularly privately-held ones – in raising new capital to support growth, refinancing and recapitalization, including shareholder liquidity or leveraged or management buyouts. Our sources are the many financial institutions and private equity investors whom we have developed relationships with over the years and who know and understand the businesses of the clients we serve. Our goal in each instance is to create an optimal capital structure for each client.


For widely different reasons our clients need from time to time a professional opinion of the value of their companies. Their reasons include determining value before pursuing a M&A transaction, redeeming individual shareholders’ ownership shares, calculating tax liabilities or evaluating ownership interests in divorce situations, either corporate or personal.

We have conducted many valuations for clients for all of these reasons, and have considerable experience as expert witnesses in litigation if that is required.
